Excursion / Transportation to Saint John the Russian (Evia)
The excursion starts from the place you have chosen (hotel, residence) to the final destination of the monastery. The Church of Saint John of Russia is located in Evia in the Prokopi area, a beautiful village with plane trees and pine trees.
The monastery houses the statue of St. John the Russian, who died in 1730, and refugees from Prokopi, Asia Minor, moved his statue here after the 1922 Asian disaster.
A large number of pilgrims visit the saint's relic daily.
